Welcome to Pink Fleets. By booking a ride, using our website, or engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms:

Online Booking

Online reservations require a minimum of 2 hours' advance notice. For same day bookings, special request, or time-sensitive transportation, please call us directly.

Cancellations & Refunds

All reservations are charged in full at the time of booking.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service are eligible for a 50% refund.
Reservations involving two or more vehicles require 48 hours' notice to qualify for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made outside these timeframes are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Service Areas

Pink Fleets provides luxury transportation services within a 30-mile radius of New Orleans, including but not limited to New Orleans, Kenner, Slidell, and surrounding parishes. Travel outside of this service area may be accommodated upon request and may incur additional fees.

Vehicle Rules

No smoking or vaping in the vehicles.

Vehicle Fleet

Our fleet consist exclusively of new luxury vehicles, model year 2025 and newer, including limousines, Sprinter buses, ensuring comfort, safety, and high-end experience.

Hourly Rate Pricing & Minimums

Services are billed hourly with a 2-hour minimum.

Hourly rate is $175 per hour

Gratuity, Taxes & Fees

A mandatory 20% gratuity is applied to all services.
Applicable sales tax is added to all bookings.
Additional fees may apply, including but not limited to:

- Parking fees

- Tolls

- Venue access or staging fees

Fuel Surcharge

A fuel surcharge may be applied based on market conditions: 2%, 5%, or 10% depending on fuel costs at the time of service.

Grace Period & Overtime

A 15-minute grace period is provided beyond the scheduled end time of your reservation. After the grace period, overtime is billed at $2 per minute, and is rounded up to the nearest minute.

Delay & Force Majeure Disclaimer

Pink Fleets makes every reasonable effort to arrive on time. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, road closures, accidents, weather events, or natural disasters.

In the event of significant delays attributed to Pink Fleets, reasonable time-based compensation may be considered at management's discretion.

Vehicle Tracking

Vehicles are monitored using GPS and mapping technology, including Google Maps-based tracking systems. Select services may allow real-time driver tracking via third-party applications or vehicle tracking devices.

Safety Policy

At Pink Fleets, safety is our top priority. For the safety and protection of our passengers, chauffeurs, and vehicles, Pink Fleets utilizes video and/or audio surveillance equipment inside and/or outside of our vehicles. By booking and utilizing Pink Fleets services, passengers acknowledge and consent to the possibility of being recorded during their ride. Surveillance footage may be used for safety monitoring, incident review, quality assurance, or legal purposes and will be handled in accordance with applicable laws.

All vehicles are licensed, insured, and maintained to the highest standards.
Chauffeurs are professionally trained, background-checked, and follow all traffic laws.
We sanitize vehicles regularly and ensure a clean, comfortable ride.
Seatbelts must be worn at all times by all passengers.
